After hearing sounds in the Owens Lake and drawing what we thought it was we were assigned to invent a drawing machine. The intent of this drawing was to explore flows and patterns in the landscape. The idea was to obtain patterns with the flow of wind and how this would be implemented in the landscape. This approach may be different or unique but it motivates us (designers) to approach design from a different perspective. These machines can work in a near future and can encourage other designers to be creative and come with better solutions for the Owens Lake.
