The next step on our design process was creating clay models, representing topography and using almost those lines that we manage to get from our drawings from the sound and wind. The lines created c0untor lines in a way in order for use to manipulate the land. This was getting us ready for our Owens Lake field trip. The lake topography was mostly flat through out it, the was no big changes on it, they were really subtle. Doing this clay models help us go from flat surface from the drawing to a 3d model. It also helped us know how we were going to create dust control programs, which was mostly tillage. Which was to become the main focus of our design.
