To interpret sounds from a live feed can be difficult since the nature of people is to recreate that sound. To most people when they hear a sound the think of sound waves and their intensity rather than the motion and feeling that the sound makes. Sounds can make people feel different things for example when people hear a steady drum beat it can be dramatic while when people hear a melody then it becomes settle feeling. Interpreting sounds into drawings is about what you feel and not thinking what is making that sound. To some people these drawings can be irrelevant, therefore it takes an artistic view to see these drawings since it is what that person was feeling when they heard the sound. These drawings can be open to different interpretation.
