Water cost is rising and from all the essential utilities, water is wining. Even though with the rise in water, for most communities, tap water is at about a penny per gallon. Comparing this to bottled water, it is a bargain because it can range any where from a dollar to a few bucks per bottle.
Throughout this quarter I have research the cost of water and given that prices are rising, we have water at the turn of a faucet. So this brings the question, is the price fair? Why are we willing to pay a few bucks for our frapps without question. So again, is water cost fair?
